Manufacturing Zwikker Cardiazol Reagent

Weigh approximately 20 grams CuCl2 + 25 grams of NaSO2 are both dissolved in 200 ml of water then chill. After the cold and then add 200 ml Concentrated Hydrochloric Acid, then add enough water until a 1 Liter Solution.
